Our signature classes are boot camp style classes, yoga and mommy & me classes. We are dedicated to helping our ladies achieve the results they are looking for - whether it be weight loss, toning, gaining strength/muscle, increasing flexibility and endurance or to just look good naked.

Boot Camp

These high-intensity classes incorporate movements using body weight, kettlebells, wall balls, slam balls, rowers, jump ropes, dumbbells, plyo boxes, battle ropes, resistance bands, etc. Each class is a combination of strength, cardio, core, muscle endurance, speed, agility and functional movements.

Yoga

Offered twice a week, our yoga classes are low intensity focusing on your balance, flexibility and mobility. You can also expect to learn basic breathing and meditation techniques. These classes are suitable for everyone ranging from beginner to advanced.

Mommy & Me

These hour long classes are a great way for mommies to get out of the house and interact with other mommies. Not only that, these classes are also a great way for your child to interact and socialize with other babies and toddlers. Children ages 18 months to 4 years are welcomed to play, dance, exercise and get moving with their mommies.
