This program has exactly 30 days of workouts that will help you with your endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, coordination and agility. All of the workouts can be performed at home with NO equipment (just grab a chair!).

We did not incorporate any rest days in there, but you can add your own rest days in when needed! Listen to your body and make sure you are stretching!

Any workout that has a run, feel free to substitute with any cardio (jumping jacks, lateral jumps over an object, jump rope, high knees, butt kicks, mountain climbers, or everyone’s favorite - BURPEES!)
